I’m Nicole Comenole, Broker Lic. FL Real Estate Broker and the person behind Live Ormond West.
As a Florida girl and Ormond Beach local, I believe finding the right place to live is about so much more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. It’s about understanding the neighborhoods, the schools, the new communities being built, the roads that are changing, where you’ll spend your weekends, and ultimately whether a place feels like home.
That’s why I created Live Ormond West.
I wanted to build a resource that goes beyond real estate listings—a place where buyers, sellers, and current residents can actually learn about the communities that make West Ormond Beach special. From established neighborhoods and acreage homes to gated communities and new construction, my goal is to give you useful, local information and an honest look at what it’s like to live here.
