How much are the HOA fees?

HOA Fees are  due quarterly and can vary based on what part of the community you live in. You can call the HOA for the most up to date information at (386) 677-7275 

Can I build a pool?

Yes. Approval from the HOA architecture board along with county approval is required. 

Are fences allowed?

Fences are allowed, but must match certain standards and must be approved by the county and HOA architect board. 

Are golf carts permitted?

Hunter's Ridge is not a golf cart community.

Is there a community pool?

Hunters Ridge offers two community pools plus an exclusive pool for the 55+ Huntington Community.

How close is the beach?

The beach is approximately 9 miles away and takes about 20 minutes to get there.
